1. Object Anchor → carry one small item from home (stone, a food tin, mom’s handwriting, father’s keychain).
2. Morning Whisper → before work, close eyes 30 sec and imagine sitting at the Angamaly dining table with them.
3. Voice Anchor → short daily audio message/video call (even 2 minutes) can reset your mood better than texts.
4. Letter Anchor → ask mom/dad/sibling to write 1 line blessings on paper. Keep in wallet. Touch when stressed.
5. Prayer / Gratitude Line → every night before bed, just whisper: “My family is with me, wherever I am.”
